Asbestos Abatement, Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT)

Jordan Environmental Services removed asbestos-containing materials (ACM) from the roofs of several Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) facilities. The clients were overwhelmed with how quickly the jobs were completed and the level of service provided by our crew.

Hazardous Waste Landfills, Los Angeles, California

Developed investigative reports and worked as a team to evaluate the potential presence of various subsurface contaminants at numerous Hazardous Waste Landfill in Los Angeles, California. The contaminants investigated included petroleum hydrocarbons, VOCs, SVOCs, heavy metals, and landfill gases (including potentially explosive gases and hydrogen sulfide) that were present in subsurface soils and groundwater. Other activities included an extensive groundwater sampling program, tracking contaminated groundwater plumes, developing groundwater contour maps, and generating numerous environmental reports in compliance with NEPA and RCRA.

Manassas National Battlefield Park. Numerous asbestos, lead-based paint, and mold investigations. Several asbestos, mold, and water damage remediation projects. The National Park Staff were very pleased with the expertise and speediness of the many projects completed.
